Founded by Heidi in 2021, Cleanse and Shape has grown from a passion project into a leading body shaping business in Melbourne. With a background of working in postpartum care, and a deep understanding of the lymphatic system, we’ve refined a method that blends award-winning technology with exclusive, results-driven techniques.

Our approach is holistic, non-invasive, and always centred on your experience. Every session is designed to restore—not just reshape—and to support your body’s natural healing processes along the way.
