Work from your own studio WITH A METHOD BEHIND YOU

You look after the woman in front of you in a private residential studio in your local area.

We provide the Cleanse and Shape Method, training, technology, brand, marketing, booking systems, client communication and business support around you.

You do not need to invest in equipment, build a personal Instagram business or start everything from scratch.

How the work works

You work with Cleanse and Shape as a contractor, from your own private residential studio.

  • 25 hours each week across consistent availability, including a mix of school hours, evenings or weekends.

  • Two paid admin hours each week to keep your space ready and manage client follow-up.

  • Bookings and income grow with your local hub.

  • We manage consultations and treatment plans, so you are not left to guess what a client needs.

  • You focus on client care, not ads, content calendars or building a personal following.

It needs to be private, quiet and professional: somewhere a woman can fully relax during her appointment.

…we create the Cleanse and Shape experience around it.

Each hub receives a branded fit-out, including furnishings, lighting and decor, so the studio feels considered and recognisably Cleanse and Shape from the moment a client arrives.

It does not need to be perfect from day one, but it does need the potential to become a genuinely good client experience.

What you would do:

Deliver the Cleanse and Shape Method using the technology and training we provide:

  • Follow the client plan designed through the Cleanse and Shape consultation process

  • Look after each client from the moment she arrives through to aftercare

  • Build genuine client relationships over time

  • Work from your own private residential studio

  • Offer consistent availability and a reliable client experience

  • Marketing and client enquiries

  • Booking systems, client communication and administration support

  • Ongoing support from Heidi and the Cleanse and Shape team

Our other requirements:

  • You can offer at least 25 hours of consistent availability each week

  • You enjoy working one-to-one with women

  • You are warm, professional and able to build trust

  • You have, or can create, a private and professional residential studio

  • You want the autonomy of your own space with the support of an established business

  • You are comfortable growing your appointments and income over time

Where we are growing

We are currently open to expressions of interest from Victorian-based practitioners who could work from:

  • Geelong

  • Melbourne’s South East

  • Melbourne’s Eastern Suburbs

  • Melbourne’s Inner North

Our current studios are in Reservoir, Windsor and West Footscray.
