When you arrive, Molly will welcome you into the studio, offer you a glass of water and give you a moment to settle in.

You can chat if you feel like it, or simply take the time to switch off. Molly takes her lead from you.

Every appointment is private and one-to-one, with space to ask questions and talk through what feels right for you.

Meet Molly

Before I joined Cleanse and Shape, I worked as a Chartered Accountant.

When I left the corporate world, I began running movement-medicine classes for women who wanted more space to move, slow down and reconnect with their bodies.

I first came to Cleanse and Shape as a client myself. What stood out to me was how personal the experience felt: one-to-one care, a calm room and no pressure to have everything figured out.

Now, from my Windsor studio, I work with women who want to feel more comfortable, confident and at home in their body.

We start with what has been bothering you, what you would like to focus on and what feels realistic for your life.
