What to expect with Molly

When you arrive, Molly will welcome you into the studio, offer you a glass of water and give you a moment to settle in.

Every appointment is private, calm and one-to-one. Molly’s aim is to create a space where your nervous system can begin to wind down, so you can use the session as time to relax, switch off and let yourself be looked after.

You can chat if you feel like it, ask questions as they come up, or simply enjoy the quiet. Molly will always take her lead from you.

“Before I joined Cleanse and Shape, I worked as a Chartered Accountant.

When I left the corporate world, I began running movement-medicine classes for women who wanted more space to move, slow down and reconnect with their bodies.

I first came to Cleanse and Shape as a client myself. What stood out to me was how personal the experience felt: one-to-one care, a calm room and no pressure to have everything figured out.

Now, from my Windsor studio, I work with women who want to feel more comfortable, confident and at home in their body.
