What to expect with Heidi

When you arrive, Heidi will welcome you into the studio, offer you a glass of water and give you a moment to settle in.

You can chat if you feel like it, or simply take the time to switch off. Heidi takes her lead from you.

Every appointment is private and one-to-one, with space to ask questions and talk through what feels right for you.

You do not need to know which treatment to choose before you arrive.

Meet heidi

I have always been drawn to work that supports women and families.

Earlier in my career, I worked with children and spent time alongside women in the early stages of motherhood.

Over time, I saw how little space many women have to be looked after themselves.

There can be a lot to carry, a lot of expectations and not much room to simply pause.

Cleanse and Shape grew from wanting to create that space: private, one-to-one care where a woman can feel comfortable, listened to and supported without judgement.

For me, the work is about more than a treatment. It is about helping you feel more connected to your body, more confident in yourself and more able to take a moment that is just for you.
